NJRC Yearly Fee

Fees

These are billed at the beginning of the season and vary according to the group your swimmer(s) is in. There are 3 types of club fees – membership fees and meet fees. There is also an annual USA registration fee and a service/travel fee of $25.

NJRC Junior Elite and Senior swimmers are expected to do strength training with the team. The cost for strength training for the season is an additional $100.00 per swimmer for the junior elite and senior AA swimmers.

"Our swimmers compete in meets which typically charge fees per each event entered. A meet fee escrow account is established for each swimmer to cover the costs of those fees. If you have club funds in your escrow account moving to next season will be returned to you. Fee will be deducted from your escrow for each event that your child swims or is entered in and must be paid to swim and receive an invoice for payment at year end for charged services. Where escrow is below $100.00 at season end, you will be billed to bring the account up to the $100.00 listed minimum."

Billing Cycles:

All other groups are billed for the full eleven months payable in two payments. After October 1, if your child drops out and the program charges forward by month you remain responsible for the full fees of the group dropped. If your child is promoted to a higher level program in the middle of the year, you will be billed for the additional fees, pro-rated by the month.

Other:

If your child joins the club after October 1: If your child joins part-way through the season, your fees will be pro-rated from the month you join.
If your child needs to be moved to a group: If your child is promoted to a higher group, you will be billed for additional fees pro-rated by month.
If your swimmer is transferring to another club: You must make all financial obligations before you will be released from NJRC in order to swim at the new club. Once your financial obligations have been settled, any remaining meet escrow money will be returned to you.
