NJRC SUNDAY CLINIC

NJRC will hold weekly Sunday Stroke/Turn/Start clinics throughout the Fall and Winter swim season.

The NJRC coaching staff will alternate what strokes are worked on each week with the focus being on 1 stroke per week plus starts and turns for that stroke.
The NJRC clinic is open to all swimmers in New Jersey that would like to improve their stroke/turn/start technique. The NJRC coaches will work on the latest most up to date technique being used by the best swimmers in the world today!
The cost of each clinic for non NJRC swimmers is $40.00 per session and $20.00 for all NJRC Members. Swimmers must be 9 years of age or older and also must be able to swim all 4 strokes.
All clinics are at the Boys and Girls Club located at 1201 Monroe in Asbury Park.
